Our topics on today's show:

  • Pat joins me once again in the studio for this edition.
  • This show we focused on something we have only scratched the surface on in previous shows: the overuse of the racism complaint. Our first dicsussion involves the recent case in Florida, where a teenager died in a boot camp he was assigned to after committing a crime. All boot camps in Florida were shut down after this, and of course there was a racial issue brought about. Even though the guards were white, black, and asian, it was reiterated numerous times in the media that the juvenile was black. Anyone who watched the trial could tell that this was not the work of racist guards, but a juvenile who died of an illness. He just happened to be in boot camp at the time, because he committed a crime.
  • We also talk about an incident in Florida, in which Al Sharpton's organization has made public comments. The claim excessive force was used on a juvenile black female, by a white officer. The refer to a videotape taken by the dashboard camera in the police car. The video they show (and most of the media show) is cut to only show the officer's actions, not the girl's actions. Pat and I go through the ENTIRE video and prove that the officer was in the right. You can see the entire video by clicking here. Count how many times the officer asks her to cooperate.
  • On a lighter note, Chris "Leave Britney Alone" Crocker is being sued by a jewelry company for breach of contract and fraud. TMZ has the court documents here. Check out the real professional terms I point out in the document such as "shout out" and sarcastic remark in the first paragraph. I'm no lawyer, but the document seems a little... unprofessional. What do you think?
